Memberlink V2
Memberlink V2 was released Sunday 10th of May. From feedback in the IT Survey and other feedback during my tenure this release of memberlink is a redesign of the underlying technology as well as new features and functions for the network.
We have updated the reporting technology, moved rental events out of the EOI relm into their own purpose built portal, also we have updated members notes to serve as more details tool to help engage closer with our members.
NEW
Task list ( Member reminders and Red Flags ) to be lanched Monday 1st of June.
New to the screens of BM's, SM's, Brokers, Solicitors will be the task section. This section will display Redflag's which have been sent to the user in order for them to follow up.
For the BM's and SM's only we have also added the follow up flags these users set for themselves regarding contacts with Members.
Up coming releases of Memberlink will focus on:
- Additional reporting for BM and SM
- Sales report
- War reports will be able to be accessed from Memberlink 'My reports'
- Navigation improvements b/w Rental and EOI sections.

Reporting Technology:
Memberlink is now running on the latest version of Microsofts reporting services, this means we will soon be delievering more meaningful reports on demand rather than via email. TIC has also build a 'Data Warehouse' to facilitate current and future reporting requirements in a faster more efficent way.
Rental Portal:
The Rental Portal has now been integrated with Memberlink. Real Estate Agents, BM's, SM's and Head Office will be able to view and update information through an online portal which will reduce the number of phone calls and manual processes currently in place.
