My EBM Experience
I called the 1300 number, spoke to Sophia and asked her to organise insurance cover, I was given advice on what we should be covering, and send out the necessary forms.
We gave her the sum insured for the building (basically the total building contract cost) as a basis for cover and she advised that $50,000 landlords contents were also included; loss of rent; property owners liability; damage by tenants and a few other features which are relevant for investors. She also outlined the various disclosures regarding agency and commissions (as required by law).
The premium was calculated immediately, instant cover provided, and the invoice is in the mail! Service was friendly and very efficient. They are also authorised to deal with claims – if this service proves to be as efficient as the policy service Club members are on to a winner!
