Before completing a Finance Capacity Form (FCF), there are some details that you should be aware of.
All entities associated with The Investors Club are bound by privacy legislation and/or confidentiality clauses. Your personal financial details will remain confidential and within the confines of The Investors Club and/or affiliated Club Loans Mortgage Professionals.
The details you provide on the Finance Capacity Form will be forwarded onto a Club Loans Mortgage Porfessional for them to assess your borrowing capacity. This is a free service and does not obligate you to anything. While it is not necessary to have exact income figures or asset values, it is important that figures provided are close approximations. This will ensure the result you are provided with is more realistic and achievable.
The Finance Capacity Form has a form fill facility.
Once you have entered all of the details, print the sheet off, sign the bottom of page 2 (all parties to sign), and fax the form off to your Support Member. If you are not currently a member, you can fax the form off to Club Loans at 1300 554 559.
Within a matter of days you will receive the results of your borrowing capacity, or a request for additional information to assist with the assessment.
Subsequently you will also be issued with an individual login should you have sufficient borrowing capacity.
