Luke’s Mum and I have been friends for quite some time having worked together about 10 years ago.
Linda recognised my name on the website relating to a meeting in Long Jetty and came along with her son Luke.
Luke attended a few meetings with Linda and on April 22nd, just 1 day after his 18th birthday this year, Luke and his Mum were successful in placing an EOI on a unit in Fortitude Valley Qld. 
Linda used her equity and Luke’s income to get them both started in property investment.
The brand new two bedroom unit right in the heart of town was purchased for $374,000 and came with a tenant and 12 month lease of $350 per week. The complex has its own gymnasium, roof-top barbeque and pool area with views to Brisbane city.
Linda has now become a Support Member and is looking forward to helping her other 2 children with their wealth creation. Luke’s younger brother has already attended a meeting on a number of occasions.
Luke is now very inspired and has set his goals to include another investment property within the next 12 months.
Luke finished year 10 Certificate in 2003 after attending Brisbane Water Secondary College at Woy Woy.
After leaving school he studied Real Estate Property Valuation at TAFE, and whilst he was studying he was accepted and gained his Certificate of Enlistment in the Australian Defence Force Army. He enlisted on 6 September 2005 as an Infantry Soldier where he has received training at Kapooka and is now based at Singleton NSW.
