Partnerships & Alliances

Club Cares through their trustee, The Investment Club has formed alliances with builders and developers who have agreed to assist us with materials and services which will allow us to provide services to the disadvantaged members of our community who may need specialized modifications in the home they rent.

Club Cares is working to provide discounted housing and because of our extensive experience in the housing markets, we are confident that we will be able to locate suitable homes.  In addition to providing rental properties at subsidised rental rates (or no cost rent where needed). As those we assist move forward we believe we can help provide discounted financing for those who are ready to purchase their homes or break out of the poverty cycle by educating themselves on avoiding bad debt or bad purchase decisions.
