It is with much pleasure that I give my testimonial regarding my association with The Investors Club.
I came across The Investors Club purely by chance. I was interested in purchasing an investment property and was speaking to my sister-in-law about it and she remembered a brochure she had somewhere that was relevant.
At this time I had contacted approximately three real estate agents in reply to certain advertisements about properties they had. They were all going to send out information and to date (nearly two years later) I am still waiting.
I rang Kevin Brennan from the Club (the contact person on the brochure) and he returned my call and then forwarded the information I requested within two days. That was a great surprise to me - very much appreciated also. He then followed up with a phone call to make certain I had received all the information and to see if I had any questions. Such a different response than the agents I had contacted!
I went along to a meeting (dragged my girlfriend with me) and we met Anne Greening (who is now my Support Member) and Kevin Brennan (Victorian Branch Manager). They were running the meeting in our area.
I had been to a couple of meetings previously regarding property investing so was rather skeptical that I was going to hear more of the same. Therefore at this meeting I asked a lot of questions and received very informative answers. This was something else that impressed me. It didn't matter what issues I raised, all were answered. Both Anne and Kevin were very patient with me.
In addition, I did my own research on The Investors Club and found nothing but good reports on it. Given the Henry Kay saga etc, I believed it was important to do the research.
I have now been involved with The Investors Club for nearly two years and have purchased three properties. I have been very impressed with the professionalism shown by all persons involved with the Club.
Buying property is such a huge financial decision it really is difficult trying to purchase without help. During the process of buying a property through the Club and following it through to completion (including rental of it) you are guided and protected through every step. Financial assistance is available, the researching done on the properties is fantastic, legal issues are taken care of (settlement, etc) and any queries you may have during the process are always answered quickly and efficiently - there is absolutely nothing left to chance. This is most reassuring!
Being involved with The Investors Club has been very rewarding for me in many ways. I gained confidence purchasing my properties through the Club and I can't recommend them highly enough.
So much so that I have recommended the Club to my friends and now there are a few of us who have purchased properties and are on our way to a healthy and wealthy retirement.
The staff at The Investors Club are to be congratulated on their professionalism and the effort they all put in to making our futures secure!
On a personal note too I would like to express my appreciation to my Support Member - Anne Greening as well as to Kevin Brennan - the Victorian Branch Manager. They have been very patient - I have asked a lot of questions before, during and after the purchasing of properties and I have been impressed with their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. They have always been so willing to give up their time - I can't thank them enough.
My sincere thanks also go to Kevin and Kathy Young who started The Investors Club all those years ago. They too have been very generous of their time and resources. All the people I have spoken to in the Club are very grateful that Kevin and Kathy took the time and the trouble to come out of retirement and help so many people. They truly are a blessing to all of us and I believe we owe them a debt we could never repay.
I feel very blessed to have come across The Investors Club and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Words don't really express how grateful I and all the other members of the Club are.
