This note is especially to those of you who are still waiting to invest in property through the Investors Club! Please let me share with you my experience.
I came to live on the beautiful Gold Coast just 2 ½ years ago. I was pushing 60 then, and thinking that I had missed the boat regarding property investment. I was looking at working until I was 70, then checking out an old age existence via the pension and a small superannuation. Purely by chance, I happened upon an organisation which we all know as The Investors Club. Taking courage in both hands, and the company of my companion & encourager, Pat, I rocked off to my first Investors Club meeting.
What an amazing experience - a whole new world in terms of attitude towards property investment opportunity! Now I am a meetings groupie and loving it!
With the information gained plus the practical support of The Investors Club, I now have several investment properties. Special thanks to our Support Members Arlene Dowdell and Barry McCormack and Martin Bell, retired Branch Manager.
Now I can expect to retire 5 years earlier and on an income of at least $50,000 per year for starters. Go for it folks, it really DOES work!
