That has been our cry over the years as we sit in on yet another Club meeting. This year we also said “Let’s Do It” and so we did. With our Support Member Sheryn Harvey, who not only guided us but spent precious time on the phone with us while dealing with a family concern interstate, we bought our first TIC property. While inspecting the property our Property Guide, Greg Wood, showed us other properties of interest. His passion for TIC’s concept was infectious. We went to Queensland with one property in mind and put in a successful EOI on another.
Mind you, we did think we had found “the catch” when we received TIC’s inspection report. How could there be faults? Upon inspection what the Club noted as a ‘fault’, we had to try hard to find! We would never have been that thorough. It was really quite impressive. Our first property is now tenanted and settlement is due soon on our second.
Retirement here we come!
