My name is Josephine Martin and I am 34 years old, newly married and looking forward to starting a family. I have been a member of The Investors club since I was about 30 years old which seems like a long time ago. My friend Greg Wood came and told me about it prior to getting involved and I heard and listened to it all; trying to take it all in, how it works and how you make money.
To be honest even though he explained it well I did not get it the first time. Plus it kind of sounded a bit too easy. Even for single people. However after getting $2,000 back from paying over $30,000 in tax I knew I had to do something. I bought my own house at 28 and my first investment property when I was 30 and then purchased another one when I was about 32.
It’s now nearly two years on since my last purchase and I know I should be looking at another one but am not rushing into this yet. The nice thing about The Investors Club is that they really don't put any pressure on you to do things you don't want to do. It’s really up to you. Greg and Karyn have been a great Support Members for me. I have referred friends along to them whom I know have gone on to make purchases themselves and even referred their friends on. I started doing this as a single person and between my husband and myself we have five properties at the moment. We will look at more soon.
It's really a nice lifestyle when you don't have to worry about the future and what you can and can't afford. We have not let our positive debt get in the way of having a good time and buy things like nice cars, fixing boats and just generally enjoying life to the full. I would totally recommend the Club to anyone who is keen to change their financial future.
