The Investors Club recognises that successful people associate with other successful people. We also appreciate they will often model themselves on those who have experienced success.
The Investors Club actively promotes this principle and provides regular networking opportunities for like-minded property millionaires to meet and exchange information and experience.
PMC members have achieved great investment successes with The Investors Club. Events and workshops provided under the auspices of the PMC are aimed at more sophisticated and experienced investors.
Membership of the Property Millionaires Club is free to any Club member who meets the entry criteria.
Are you eligible?
Any Club member who has purchased at least one property through The Investors Club can apply for PMC membership once they have qualified. Qualification criteria is:
- Silver membership – $1m in value or $500K equity with 1 Club property (can include family home and other properties)
- Gold membership – $1m in value with at least 2 Club properties (can include family home and other properties)
- Gold “Plus” membership – $2m in value with at least 3 Club Properties
- Diamond membership – $5m in value with at least 5 Club Properties
- Platinum membership - $10m in value with at least 10 Club Properties
